Actually, I'm a college student, very frugal/cheap/bad at spending money, huge movie and television fan and interested in style. I'm not shy about asking to take stranger's pictures because I like their style and I don't let other people's possible judgments effect my own personal style.

My very first professor for a campus style photo! I was actually really anxious asking asking, but luckily I had communications professor Dr. Purcell for a general studies course my freshman year, and he is pretty rad. One time, our class discussion topic was art and he decided that he need to dress up as an “artist”, so he borrowed a scarf from a student and fashioned it into an ascot, and I think he also had a beret? He also has an impressive presence, since he’s about 8 feet tall (even though he tends to hunch over to appear shorter).
Anyway, Dr. Purcell often wears bow ties, and this combination felt particularly appropriate for such a bright and sunny day last Friday. Look at that bright blue shirt and the patterned dark purple bow tie! That shit is classy, yo.
